Digitain is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Turkish Speaking Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication, and negotiation skills in Turkish as well as interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. We are seeking a candidate who can develop and execute effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain existing clients. The candidate should also have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive sales growth

  • Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to expand the customer base

  • Manage and maintain existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits and features of products and services

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure profitable and mutually beneficial partnerships

  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to identify new opportunities for revenue growth

  • Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through the development of sales strategies, prospecting, and lead generation

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients

  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and closing deals

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system

  • Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in iGaming industry
  • Fluency in Turkish and English languages
  • Good knowledge of Armenian language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
