SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for iGaming and other IT-related business verticals
  • Align marketing initiatives with business objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to refine positioning, market expansion, and digital transformation strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and event management with at least 4 years in leadership roles
  • Proven experience in iGaming or tech-driven industries is necessary
  • Demonstrated success in leading international marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in digital marketing, growth strategies, and performance analytics
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent storytelling, content marketing, and PR management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with an innovative and results-driven approach
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape
