“TokenWin” is looking for a “Head of Marketing”.


- Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives
- Overseeing marketing efforts for products including Live casino, Sportsbook, and General casino
- Managing targeted campaigns, digital marketing, content creation, and other innovative channels
- Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
- Overseeing the development and implementation of brand campaigns, ensuring a strong and consistent brand image
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to refine and enhance brand positioning
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Design, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives
- Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all Marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI)
- Driving business development efforts to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, including distribution agreements, licensing deals, and strategic alliances
- Identifying key influencers and thought leaders in the Gaming industry for partnerships to amplify the company's products and services
- Negotiating and managing partnerships and contracts with external stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term relationships
- Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the company’s values and championing the leadership behavior framework

Required Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in Leadership Marketing roles with a focus on the Gaming Industry
- Deep understanding of B2C Gaming market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing and business development strategies.Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive strategic marketing decisions
- Fluency in English in both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
