Overview

“Tumo Center for Creative Technologies” is looking for a “Head of Workshops Division”.

Responsibilities:


- Streamlining and optimizing the operations and management of TUMO Workshops to ensure delivery against agreed benchmarks of student success, quality assurance, and efficiency
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the workshop manager/team and across other departments, fostering a culture of open communication, feedback, and innovation -
- Developing the department's vision and goals, and implementing strategic plans for the department that align with the company's objectives
- Ensuring overall team adherence and achievement of quality control checks, upholding the standards for workshop delivery
- Developing and implementing Service Improvement Plans with agreed improvement measures and monitoring achievement against those measures, to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of TUMO workshops.
- Developing and maintaining the department, including defining roles and responsibilities, establishing processes and procedures, and identifying necessary resources
- Regularly conducting one-on-one meetings with managers of the workshops team
- Forming and managing department budgets, forecasting future risks and needs, implementing improvement initiatives
- Approving the business trips on a yearly basis to different TUMO centers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of workshops
- Acting as an escalation point for managing any issues raised by Workshops managers pertaining to workshop delivery, and providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure that the workshops meet TUMO's quality standards and student success benchmarks

Required Qualifications:


- Excellent people management, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong coordination and organization skills
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to identify and prioritize key insights
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in project management and process implementation skills
- Alignmed with and commitment to TUMO’s core values and long-term vision
- Minimum 6 years of work experience managing large teams
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Management
- Proficient using G Suite and office productivity software
- Proficient knowledge of Armenian and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain deadlines and ensure high productivity
