Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze the requirements for development of processes and documents of the units concerned
  • Design and modify business processes and develop internal regulations, ensure conformity between documents
  • Implement improvements of existing business processes, services, regulations and management systems Present internal regulations to the authorized body for approval /including preparation of draft decisions and references/; present issues at meetings of the Management Board
  • Review and analyze the best international banking practice and development trends, make recommendations
  • Support and consult on decision-making with regard to the Bank’s development, processes, and systems
  • Provide the Bank’s subdivisions with advice and methodical support on optimization, improvement, and modification of processes, services, and systems
  • Support implementation of initiatives aimed at development of processes, products, services, and documents, introduction of management systems, and organizational changes
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements set by the CBA and legislation , as well as ensure their incorporation in the internal control system
  • Monitor, develop, and improve the quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard, ensure the staff’s awareness of the quality standards
  • Improve the system and methodology of development of the Bank’s processes and regulating documents
  • Mapping the bank's business processes, organizational capabilities, and other elements of the business architecture and analysis of interdependencies between them.
  • Perform other tasks as may be needed
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree /economics, management/
  • At least 3 years of work experience
  • Profound knowledge of business process management
  • Idea generation skills
  • Analytical and systems thinking, writing skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Commitment to work and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent command of English, Armenian and Russian
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard and quality management
  • Process management knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of the banking legislation
